Presumptive Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump told NBC’s

Donald Trump: Forget about the polls and the GOP infighting, I’ll win in November ‘one way or the other’

Presumptive Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump told NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday that he will win the U.S Presidential election in November 'one way or the other'.

The Billionaire businessman said everyone should forget the polls, forget the short list of important endorsements and forget the GOP infighting, that he'll win the elections.
“We're going to go onto a great victory. It would be nice if the Republicans stuck together,”

“I'm a different kind of a candidate, I think that I win either way. I can win one way or the other,” he said.
When asked specifically of the reports regarding a mutiny of the Republican delegates, Trump dismissed the chatter at once.
“Number one, they can't do it legally. Number two, I worked for one year and we won all of those delegates. And, you know, I guess I'm at almost 1,600,” he said, referring to the 1,542 delegates he’s secured. To win the nomination on the first ballot at the Republican National Convention next month and avoid a contested convention, Trump needs only 1,237 delegates.
Prominent Republican, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), said Sunday that he would stand by Trump, even if it was out of obligation in order not to create party divisions.
“I feel like I have certain responsibilities, as not just Congressman Paul Ryan from the first district of Wisconsin, but as Speaker of the House. And imagine the Speaker of the House not supporting the duly elected nominee of our party, therefore creating a chasm in our party to split us in half, which basically helps deny us the White House, and strong majorities in Congress,” Ryan said on the same NBC program.
“Now … if something is done and said that I don't agree with that I think puts a bad label on conservatism, then I'm going to speak out on it as I have, as I will continue to do, and I hope I don't have to keep doing,” added Ryan.

'God will punish every single man in Govt that has not kept to their promise of making Nigeria a better country'- Ruth Kadiri fumes

Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri shared following her experience with a woman she met while on her way to way to work this morning. The woman's car had broken down and she was on the phone lying to her boss that she'll soon be at work. She was almost in tears and when Ruth approached to help, she revealed to her the prospect of losing her Job for getting to work late. This struck the actress emotionally and she took to her Instagram to slam the government for its failures. She wrote,

"I cant contain my hurt, sadness, biterness and disaapointment right now. What exactly is wrong with THIS country?who should be blamed for the lack of orderliness and planning in this country. GOD DIDNT GIVE US CERTAIN WETHERS Yet the only TWO seasons we have we cant plan for it.
I set out to go to work this morning. And every road i know that leads to my route is blocked and flooded. No drainage system. Nothing. Proples cars breaking down. Frustration on the faces of people. Tempers of impatient drivers begin to flare. agberos starts to play the role of traffic warden.
Some people parking thier cars and deeping thier legs in the SHIT WATER TO GO TO WORK. I HEAR A WOMAN ON THE PHONE LYING TO HER BOSS THAT SHES FIVE MINUTES AWAY, the truth is her car actually broke down and her mechanic is no where in sight. I can see she almost in tears so i offer to help. The sight of me brings a smile on her face My Actresssss she screams. And later she tell me she might loose her job.
This hurts me Someone am sure would loose his/her job for getting to the office late. The Gorvernment will not provide the jobs yet they will not put things in place for those who have managed to secure one. TIRED OF WRITING ILL JUST TURN BACK AND GO HOME.
GOD WILL PUNISH EVERYSINGLE MAN IN Government that has not kept to thier promise of making Nigeria a better country. Buhari has employed the services of 13 Senior Advocate of Nigeria

WAEC Certificate: President Buhari hires 13 SANs, 10 other counsels to appeal court ruling

Pres: Buhari has employed the services of 13 Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, and 10 other counsels to appeal the ruling of Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court in Abuja on May 26th this year, dismissing his preliminary objection to a suit filed by an Abuja-based legal practitioner, Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe against him challenging the authenticity of his WAEC result.

Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe had dragged President Buhari before the court, arguing that he did not meet the educational requirement to contest for President of Nigeria. Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe alleged that President Buhari did not sit for the Cambridge West African School Certificate WASC) in 1961 as he claimed.

When the suit came up on May 26th, President Buhari through his counsel, raised an objection to the suit, challenging the mode of service of the originating summons on him and insisting that he ought to have been served at an address in Kaduna instead of by substituted means at the national secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja. However, Justice Ademola, in his ruling, had held that it was incompetent and upheld the service of the originating court processes on Buhari.

The judge held that the service of the court’s processes on the president through the secretariat of the APC was in order as the court summons would get to him even though it was delivered at his party secretariat. Dissatisfied with this ruling, Buhari through his legal team has filed a notice of appeal at the Court of Appeal, Abuja Judicial Division on seven grounds of appeal.

Among President Buhari's legal team, which endorsed the notice of appeal, is Chief Wole Olanipekun (SAN), Mr. Lateef O. Fagbemi (SAN), Chief Akin Olujinmi (SAN), Oluwarotimi O. Akeredolu (SAN), Kola Awodein (SAN), Prof. Taiwo Osipitan (SAN), Charles Edosomwan (SAN), Emeka Ngige (SAN), Femi Atoyebi (SAN), Femi Falana (SAN), Funke Aboyade (SAN), H.O. Afolabi (SAN), Muiz Banire (SAN), and 10 others.

Reacting to President Buhari's appeal on the case, Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe said the president has the constitutional right of appeal and was within his rights to exercise it particularly since he had not yet submitted a defence to the substantive action and had filed nothing in defence of the merits of the case.
