Photo: Doctors remove 18 inches cassava from a man who was using it as sex toy
Wonders shall never end! A 55-year-old Costa Rican man almost died from anal injuries after
an 18-inch cassava that he was using as an anal sex toy got stuck
inside him. Fortunately, he was saved after doctors at San Juan de Dios Hospital in San Jose managed to remove the cassava.
According to reports, the man had carved the long and broad cassava into a phallic shape, wrapped it in
two condoms and proceeded to use it.
Unfortunately, one of the condoms
burst, and it got stuck in his anal cavity. This put the man at risk
of perforating his intestines and suffering from other infections.

Good news!... New fibroid solution supports fertility in women trying to conceive
Fibroids, Hormonal imbalances such as High Prolactin, among others have a
strong link with most Infertility problems. Women who can get pregnant
but are unable to stay pregnant may also be referred to as infertile. If
you're you struggling to get pregnant, frustrated or feeling angry for
not being able to conceive despite all your efforts...
Then you need to Read this post => http://www.fibroidremoval.com.ng
About 70 to 80 percent of women develop fibroids by the time they reach
age 50. Fibroids are most common in women in their 40s and early 50s.
Not all women with fibroids have symptoms. Women who do have symptoms
often find fibroids hard to live with. Some have pain and heavy
menstrual bleeding. Fibroids also can put pressure on the bladder,
causing frequent urination, or the rectum, causing rectal pressure.
Should the fibroids get very large, they can cause the abdomen (stomach
area) to enlarge, making a woman look pregnant.
Though there are different types of Fibroids, but let me quickly explain this two common types:
The name given to fibroids determine where is been located, different
fibroids develop in different locations in and on the uterus.
Intramural Fibroids: They are the most common type of fibroid. These
types appear within the lining of the uterus (endometrium). Intramural
fibroids may grow larger and actually stretch your womb.
Subserosal Fibroids: They form on the outside of the uterus, which is
called the serosa. They may grow large enough to make the womb appear
bigger on one side.
Question: So, Why do some women develop Fibroids?
Answer: It is unclear why fibroids develop, but several factors may influence their formation. Some of these factors are:
Hormones: Estrogen and progesterone are the hormones produced by the
ovaries. They cause the uterine lining to regenerate during each
menstrual cycle and may stimulate the growth of fibroids.
Age: Fibroids become more common as women age, especially during the 30s
and 40s through menopause. After menopause, fibroids usually shrink.
Obesity: Women who are overweight are at higher risk for fibroids. For
very heavy women, the risk is two to three times greater than average.
Eating habits: Eating a lot of red meat (e.g., beef) and ham is linked
with a higher risk of fibroids. Eating plenty of green vegetables seems
to protect women from developing fibroids.
Symptoms of fibroids may include:
• Heavy bleeding between or during periods that includes blood clots
• Pain in the pelvis and/or lower back
• Increased menstrual cramping
• Increased urination
• Pain during intercourse
• Menstruation that lasts longer than usual
• Pressure or fullness in the lower abdomen
• Swelling or enlargement of the abdomen

Question: What if I become pregnant and have fibroids?
Answer: Apart from generating symptoms, such as heavy vaginal
bleeding, severe pelvic and back pain, constipation, and bloating, the
most common problems seen in pregnant women with fibroids are:
• Miscarriages: Due to the increase in estrogen levels during pregnancy,
fibroids can enlarge and displace the placenta.Large fibroids in the
uterine cavity can create a shortageof space and hinder the growth of
the baby, which may either lead to miscarriage or cause congenital
deformities in the baby.
• Cesarean Birth: Multiple fibroids located in the lower part of the
uterus can block the vagina during pregnancy, making it necessary to
have a cesarean birth.
• The Baby's position can adversely be affected: Depending on the
location and orientation of the fibroid, the baby can end up in either a
transverse or breech position.
Some health problems also increase the risk of infertility. So, women should talk to their doctors if they have:
• Irregular periods or no menstrual periods
• Very painful periods
• Endometriosis
• Pelvic inflammatory disease
• More than one miscarriage

contributes towards an increase in the level of poverty”.
He further went on to say, “From Abuja to Seattle, the number of jobless
youth is a global phenomenon. The issue might not be dominating global
headlines, but we need to address it in small bite chunks. That is what
kick-start stands to represent. Groups and companies alike must begin
to kick-start empowerment within their communities. Imagine the impact
of empowerment programmes of about 1,000 companies in Nigeria will have
on 1,000 communities every year”.

growth strategy for each. This strategy in turn informs the seed
capital awarded for the benefit of each business, as well as the
programme and terms of the entrepreneur's individualised business
mentorship for the remainder of the business year.

Competitive eater smashes Guinness World Record by devouring 22 of the hottest chilli peppers ever
Click to play
A competitive eater was filmed sweating and panting as he broke a world record devouring handfuls of the hottest chili peppers ever.
Wayne Algenio, 31, from New York, consumed 22 Carolina Reapers, which measure over 1.5 million on the Scoville heat unit scale.
The
video shows him shovelling the round red peppers down his throat at
record speed, almost vomiting as he chews and swallows them.
The
competitive eating veteran won the record title after competing in the
Puckerbutt Pepper Company's Smokin' Ed's Reaper Eating Challenge at the
NYC Hot Sauce Expo in Brooklyn on April 24.
This was the second time Wayne had competed in the contest, but the first time he'd ever won.
Wayne looked as though he was about to vomit as he completed the challenge
Because the peppers vary in size, they are weighed in grams to ensure the contestants are eating the same amount.
The competition bans contestants from drinking anything, even water, to cool their burning throat.
He told ABC News
: "You eat as many as you can in a minute and then after that minute is
over, you have to stand there for another minute without vomiting or
drinking any liquids.
"After I stopped, I could feel the burn in my throat. It's an excruciating pain."
Wayne cheered as he finished the challenge
Wayne said he drank milk to help soothe his burning throat once the contest was over. Guinness World Records confirmed to ABC News that Algenio has officially been named as the record holder.
Wayne said he thinks this will be the last time he takes on such a challenge "unless anyone breaks it".
